2. Collection Methods
Personal data may be collected through website forms, phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, face-to-face communication, agency/business partner notifications, operational documents and cookies by automated or non-automated means.
3. Personal Data Processed
Full name, phone, e-mail, company details, departure/arrival point, flight date, passengers/companions, baggage/cargo information, message content, patient transfer information where applicable and transaction security data may be processed.
4. Special Categories of Data
Air ambulance or medical escort requests may involve health data. Such data is processed only as necessary for transfer safety, medical crew/equipment planning, airline or aircraft suitability and operation coordination.
5. Legal Grounds
Personal data may be processed based on contract establishment/performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interest and explicit consent where required. Marketing consent is obtained separately and optionally.
6. Purposes of Processing
Processing may be carried out for quotation, flight and transfer planning, operational suitability analysis, medical coordination, customer communication, accounting and records, legal notifications, information security, service quality improvement and dispute management.
7. Transfers
Data may be transferred to aircraft operators, ground handlers, medical teams, ambulance services, insurance companies, agencies, payment/accounting/technology service providers and competent public authorities to the extent required. Cross-border transfers, if necessary, are handled in accordance with applicable legal mechanisms.
8. Retention and Disposal
Personal data is retained for the periods required by law and the processing purpose. When the purpose ceases, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
9. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including information requests, correction, deletion/destruction, objection and compensation where applicable.
